Metro Asset Management and PSG-International signed a Contract for the turn-key delivery of the Metro Warehouse Noginsk II, in Noginsk, Russian Federation. PSG-International will be responsible for the design, building permit, construction and putting into operation of the 14 500m2 refrigeration warehouse. The project team, headed by Petr Hlavac, commenced the Works on the Project last week. The total Project value is in excess of Euro 23 million. PSG's scope of Works is Euro 17,650.000 (excluding VAT).
