Vladimír Hlavinka is the new Vice – Chairman of PSG-International a.s. Board of Directors

Since February 1, 2014 Vladimír Hlavinka has become the Vice – Chairman of the Board of Directors of PSG – International a.s. and he will be responsible person for projects and activities of Power Division.

„This was the final step in transformation process to German model of corporate governance. The Board of Directors defines the strategy and everyday management of the company and the members of the Supervisory Board and at the same time the shareholders of the company are involved in making strategic decisions, “said the CEO Tomáš Krones. He expressed strong believe that the presence of Vladimír Hlavinka is a step further in power projects. „Regarding his experience it is unambiguous support for our top management team and power projects team too, “said Krones.

Mgr. Ing. Vladimír Hlavinka (47) studied at Brno University of Technology and Masaryk University Faculty of Law in Brno. His working experience: 1989-1991 The Nuclear Power Plant Research Institute in Trnava, 1991 - 2000 ČEZ. In the year 2000 he became the member of the Board of Directors in ALTA, a.s. There he was responsible for organization and management, legal services and acquisition. In July 18, 2006 he returned to ČEZ as the director of Temelin Nuclear Power Plant. In January 2008 he became the Board Member and Division Production Chief Officer in ČEZ.
