PSG and other 13 companies strengthened the supply chain of Rosatom group

Fourteen Czech companies signed memoranda of cooperation today with Rusatom Overseas, a daughter company of Rosatom. They have extended the group of 25 Czech and Slovak companies, which already signed the same memoranda last autumn and this March. The memoranda define the basic conditions of long-term cooperation between the Czech signatories and the Rosatom Group in the manufacture, assembly and construction of nuclear power plants with VVER reactors in the Czech Republic, the Russian Federation and most importantly on the global market.

An important Czech construction company PSG International will participate on a Project of construction of 980MW gas-steam power plant in Erbil, Kurdistan, Republic of Iraq.<br /><br />With participation of the Czech Minister of Trade and Industry, Mr. Martin Kuba, PSG International and its Turkish partner, Renaissance Construction, signed a key EPC Contract with KAR Group – an important partner in petrochemical industry in the Republic of Iraq.

PSG-International a.s. carries out an investment project for construction of CCHPP

PSG-International a.s. carries out an investment project for construction of CCHPP &quot;Polyarnaya&quot;, in the city of Salekhard, Russian Federation. This project includes engineering, supply of equipment, erection and start-up of steam-gas power plant with installed electrical output of approximately 268 MW (with the possibility of further increasing of the output to 500 MW).

PSG – International became the partner of Consortium MIR.1200 for completion of NPP Temelín 3, 4

Consorcium MIR.1200, which is taking part in the tender for completion of NPP Temelín signed supplier contracts with two important Czech companies – PSG - International a.s and I&amp;C Energo a.s. As part of these contracts, these Czech companies committ themselves to cooperation if the consortium wins in the tender for completion of NPP Temelín 3, 4.

The construction of the new laboratory center of Faculty of Technology has started

PSG Group as the turn key deliverer has started the works on the new laboratory center of Tomas Bata University Faculty of Technology. The member of administrative board Mrs Sonja Bata, TBU rector Petr Saha and also the representatives of PSG took part in the ceremony.

Tomas Krones is the new CEO, Zdenek Cerny is the new director of Power division

Since April 1, 2012 Tomas Krones has become the new CEO and the member of the board of PSG – International a.s., the leader of PSG Group. He used to work as the executive director of PPF Real Estate or in various managing positions in Raiffeisen Bank and Consolidation Bank. He is replacing Martin Certnousek who is leaving the group. The managing team of PSG is also strengthened by Zdenek Cerny who is coming from Skanska where he used to work as the director of a division and the board member.

PSG has signed a Memorandum of Understanding for strategic co-operation with its Turkish partner Renaissance Holding

PSG Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding for strategic co-operation with its Turkish partner Renaissance Holding. The Agreement was signed during the official visit of Czech President Vaclav Klaus in Ankara. PSG Members of the Board were among the sixty Czech businessmen participating in the mission.
