PSG Construction completed a new assisted living residence in Prague-Řepy, providing accommodation for 125 residents in 92 one-bedroom and 13 two-bedroom apartments. The four-storey building combines modern residential facilities with healthcare, rehabilitation, community and administrative areas arranged around a secure landscaped courtyard. The project also included technical infrastructure, utility networks, a retention tank and external works, creating a comfortable, accessible and functional environment for both residents and staff.
