PSG Construction completed the reconstruction of the Hotel School and Student Residence in Ostrava in March 2026. The project included the modernisation of teaching, administrative and accommodation facilities, reorganisation of the building layout, expansion of the student residence capacity to 216 beds, and comprehensive upgrades to the building's technical systems. The reconstruction also delivered new sports facilities, modern training kitchens and confectionery classrooms, and a new evacuation lift to ensure barrier-free access. All works were carried out in phases while the school remained fully operational.
