PSG Construction completed a new residential building as part of the Senior Centre in Holešov, delivering 21 fully barrier-free apartments for seniors and people with reduced mobility. Built within just 12 months, the four-storey development includes communal and technical facilities, a doctor's office, landscaped gardens, and modern energy-efficient systems, including a green roof, photovoltaic panels and underfloor heating. The project provides safe, comfortable and sustainable living tailored to the needs of its residents.
