PSG Construction completed the STRÁNĚ Apartments residential development in Zlín in August 2025. The project comprises two apartment buildings with a total of 85 residential units ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments, complemented by three levels of underground parking, bicycle storage and modern resident amenities. Designed with a focus on sustainability and comfort, the development features green roofs, landscaped terraces, barrier-free access and infrastructure ready for future electric vehicle charging.
