PSG Construction completed a new Retirement Home in Velké Bílovice with a capacity of 21 residents. The facility comprises one underground and two above-ground floors, complete technical and operational facilities, and a lift providing fully barrier-free access throughout the building. Designed with a focus on energy efficiency and long-term sustainability, the project features air-to-water heat pumps, a 36.3 kWp photovoltaic power plant with battery storage, underfloor heating, and a partially green roof.
